Every number on this site carries a source link and a date. Not a vague promise that we are always up to date.
We import each dataset directly from the body that publishes it, and stamp the page with the day we pulled it. When something is past its update window, the site says so in amber rather than quietly serving stale information.
Retired codes and deactivated NPIs stay visible and marked. Someone searching for a code they used last year needs to know what happened to it. A blank page answers nothing.
No competitor shows you this. Their data goes stale too. They just do not say so.
