About this data
HCPCS Level II covers items and services that are not physician procedures: durable medical equipment, drugs administered in a clinic, ambulance transport, prosthetics, supplies.
CMS republishes the whole set every quarter. Codes get added, retired, and reworded. We import the release directly and keep discontinued codes visible rather than deleting them, because people still search for a code they used last year and need to know what happened to it.
We do not display CPT codes. Level I is owned by the American Medical Association and requires a paid licence. Everything on this site is public domain or free to use.
