Reporting an error
If something on this site is wrong, that matters more than anything else in the inbox. Please include:
- The page URL
- What it currently says
- What it should say
- A source, if you have one
Errors get fixed first and fast, and the import date on the affected page updates when they are.
What we cannot help with
ProvidersDesk is a reference site. We cannot advise on a specific claim, a specific denial, or whether a particular code is right for a particular encounter. Those questions need the documentation in front of them, and they belong with your payer, your MAC, or a certified coder who can see the chart.
Data corrections at the source
If you are a provider and your NPI record is wrong, we cannot fix it. NPPES is a federal registry and we only import what CMS publishes. Correct it at nppes.cms.hhs.gov and the change reaches us with the next monthly import.
