We import directly from official sources and show the date of each import on the page. We take accuracy seriously and correct errors quickly.

That said, the underlying data changes constantly, sources occasionally publish errors, and imports can fail. We make no warranty that everything here is complete or current at the moment you read it. Use it as a starting point, not a final authority.

HCPCS, place of service and NPPES data are published by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services and are in the public domain. Taxonomy codes come from the NUCC. Each dataset is listed with its source on the data sources page.

CPT is a registered trademark of the American Medical Association. CPT codes require a licence from the AMA and are not published on this site.
